Our story

How React2u began

From a sister company of React2u we noticed that sickness absence almost always went the same way. An employee reported sick, the occupational health service took over, and then it went quiet. Reports came late, there was always someone different on the phone, and nobody could say exactly where a case stood.

Employers felt left on the sidelines and employees felt like a file number.

That had to change, and we knew how: by doing it ourselves, the way we would have liked it done for us.

That is still what we do. With a team of case managers, delegated practitioners and company doctors we help employees return to their own, suitable or other work as safely and smoothly as possible.
