Occupational Hygienist

Do you make sure people do not get ill from their work? As an occupational hygienist at React2u you measure, assess and advise at clients in manufacturing, engineering and logistics.

What you will do

You spend a lot of time on the shop floor. You measure exposure, assess the risks and give advice that employers can actually put into practice.

  • Measuring exposure to hazardous substances, noise and vibration
  • Assessing risks and advising on control measures
  • Advice on personal protective equipment
  • Reviewing risk assessments (RI&E) as a certified core expert

You work with the safety experts, occupational physicians and the clients themselves.

What we ask

What you bring

  • You hold a certificate as a core occupational health and safety expert in occupational hygiene
  • You have an HBO or university qualification in a science discipline

Nice to have

  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment
