What you will do

You are the bridge between the people who use the system and the developers who build it. You gather requirements, test new features and guide the transition.

  • Configuring and managing the absence management system
  • Supporting and training users
  • Gathering requirements and translating them for the developers
  • Overseeing testing and data migration

Who you work with

You work with the system's developers and with the case managers, physicians and planners who use it.

What you bring

  • You have an HBO qualification
  • You have experience with absence or HR software

Nice to have

  • Experience with XpertSuite
  • Knowledge of data migration
