What you will do

You work for employers in Brabant and beyond, in SMEs, healthcare and engineering. We take care of the planning and well prepared files. You bring your medical judgement and work to your own professional standards.

  • Consultations for employees of our clients, on site or online
  • Assessing work capacity and prognosis and reporting back to employer and case manager
  • The medical part of the problem analysis and the reintegration report
  • Social medical consultations with employers
  • If you wish: supervision of delegated case managers

Who you work with

You work with React2u's case managers and planners, who prepare your files and diary. For medical coordination you can turn to our medical lead.

What we ask

What you bring

  • You are a BIG-registered doctor and a registered occupational physician
  • You speak and write Dutch well
  • Registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and your own professional liability insurance
  • You work with your own laptop and phone

Nice to have

  • Experience with task delegation
  • Experience with an absence management system such as XpertSuite
  • You work for several clients

What the assignment offers

  • A rate of € 130 to € 175 per hour excl. VAT, plus travel expenses
  • An assignment of at least 6 months, with a view to extension
  • You choose the half days you work
  • Files that are well prepared by our case managers and planners

To be honest

We are looking for someone for the longer term and a fixed number of half days. If you are only looking for an occasional one-off shift, this assignment is less of a fit.

How many hours a week are involved?

Between 8 and 24 hours, spread over half days of your choice.

Can the rate also be per consultation?

Yes, a fixed rate per consultation instead of an hourly rate is open for discussion.

Do I work according to your methods?

You work independently in line with the NVAB guidelines. We make sure the planning and the file are ready.
