What you will do

You map out where the pressure lies and design interventions on behaviour, culture and organisation. As a certified core expert you also review risk assessments (RI&E).

  • Advice to management and HR

Who you work with

You work with occupational physicians, case managers and the other core experts.

What we ask

What you bring

  • You hold a certificate as a core occupational health and safety expert in A&O
  • You have a master's in work and organisational psychology or similar

Nice to have

  • Experience in SMEs
  • Experience with employee surveys
