Occupational Physician (Bedrijfsarts)

You support employees of our clients in SMEs, healthcare and engineering. You are the medical linchpin of a small team: you assess, the case manager manages the process. No conveyor belt, but a full diary with well prepared files.

• You hold consultations on site, at the office or online, taking the time each conversation needs
• You assess work capacity and prognosis and give employer and case manager clear advice
• You write the medical part of the problem analysis and the reintegration report
• You hold social medical consultations with employers, so everyone knows what the next step is
• You supervise practice assistants and delegated case managers
• You contribute to prevention, such as periodic health checks and advice on healthy working

You work with case managers, practice assistants, occupational health nurses and planners. For complex files you bring in a labour expert or occupational psychologist.
