What you will do

You safeguard the medical quality of everything we do and make sure occupational physicians, practice assistants and case managers work well together. You work closely with the management team and help shape new services and our own absence management system.

  • You safeguard and improve the medical quality of our services
  • You draw up protocols and working agreements and keep them up to date
  • You supervise junior doctors, practice assistants and delegated staff
  • You are a sounding board on complex files
  • You work with the management team on growth, quality and new services
  • You also look after your own group of clients as an occupational physician

Who you work with

You work with occupational physicians, practice assistants, case managers and React2u's management. You are the first point of contact for medical questions within the team.

What you bring

  • You are a registered occupational physician with BIG registration
  • You have extensive experience as an occupational physician
  • You have experience with supervision or mentoring colleagues

Nice to have

  • You are a practice supervisor (praktijkopleider), or would like to become one
  • Experience with quality systems and audits
