What you will do

You hold career conversations with employees who are stuck or in doubt. You help them get clear on what they want and can do, and what that takes.

  • Career conversations and sustainable employability trajectories
  • Coaching in the first and second track
  • Workshops on careers and balance
  • Feedback to employers where agreed

Who you work with

You work with case managers and employers who bring you in for career questions.

  • You have an HBO qualification
  • You have a recognised coaching qualification
  • You speak and write Dutch well
