What you will do

You analyse an organisation's absence, spot patterns and translate them into policy that works on the shop floor. You train managers so they can have the right conversation themselves.

  • Absence analyses and reports for employers
  • Drawing up absence policies and absence protocols
  • Training managers in absence conversations
  • Advising on prevention and sustainable employability

Who you work with

You work with the case managers and occupational physicians, and with management for larger clients.

  • You work and think at HBO level
  • You have experience with absence policy at organisational level
  • You know the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter)
