Junior Absence Case Manager

What you will do

You start by shadowing and supporting, and gradually take on more. You follow the absence case manager training with us. After a few months you manage your first files of your own.

  • Supporting ongoing files
  • Processing sickness reports and making first contact
  • Scheduling appointments with the occupational physician and employer
  • Building up your own caseload step by step

You work alongside experienced case managers, with a dedicated mentor during your first months.

What you bring

  • You have an MBO level 4 or HBO qualification in HR, social work or similar
  • You want to follow the absence case manager training
  • You speak and write Dutch well

Nice to have

  • An internship or work experience in HR
  • An affinity with work and health
