What you will do

You guide second track trajectories from start to finish: from looking at what someone can still do to their first working day somewhere else. You work with case managers and labour experts.

What you bring

  • You have an HBO qualification
  • You have experience with second track trajectories
  • You know the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter)

Nice to have

  • Registration with Noloc or a comparable register
  • A network among employers in Brabant
