Senior Absence Case Manager

What you will do
You handle long term and complicated files, involving conflicts, mental health issues or an upcoming WIA application. You also help colleagues move forward and think along about how we can organise the work more smartly.
- You handle complex and long term absence files
- You prepare WIA applications and make files UWV proof
- You coach fellow case managers and review difficult files with them
- You advise employers on absence policy
- You contribute to working methods, quality and our new absence management system
Who you work with
You work with the case management team, the occupational physicians and management. Colleagues come to you with their toughest questions.

What we ask
What you bring
- You have at least 6 years of experience with absence files
- You have ROV or CROV registration
- You have a good knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter), the WIA and the GDPR
Nice to have
- Experience with conflicts and mental health issues in files
- Experience with task delegation
